DHA Omega-3

DHA Omega-3 is in the Omega-3 fatty acid family,
and it supports brain and eye health. Our bodies
can make some omega-3 DHA from ALA but the
conversion is not efficient, meaning omega-3 DHA
is best consumed from what we eat and drink.

DHA is found in most human body tissues, with
the highest amounts in the brain, nervous system
and retina of the eye.1In the brain, DHA is involved
in with neuronal signaling. In the eye, DHA is
necessary to maintain good vision.2DHA Omega-3
is recognized by doctors and nutritionists as an
important part of a healthy diet.

Choline

According to the Institute of Medicine,
choline is an essential nutrient, and
that’s why we’ve added VitaCholine™ to our
milk. Although our bodies make some
choline, our diets supply the majority.

Choline has an Adequate Intake recommendation
set by the Food and Nutrition Board of the
Institute of Medicine. Choline aids in the transport
and synthesis of lipids (or fats), and it helps
transport DHA throughout the body. It’s like a
DHA delivery truck.

Prebiotics

Prebiotics are dietary fiber that
feed friendly gut bacteria.
(Prebiotics are different than
probiotics, which are generally
strains of live bacteria.)

Calcium, Protein,andVitamin D

Growing Years™ milk, yogurt, and smoothies have
both calcium and vitamin D to support strong
bones and teeth. And every serving of Growing
Years™ milk has 8 grams of protein too.

Certified organic, Growing Years™ milk comes from
养牛牛吃有机、非转基因
diet and are never treated with antibiotics or
added hormones.3Our family farmer partners
steward their land without toxic, persistent
pesticides.
